Summary: | A semiconductor memory device capable of controlling an output driver is provided to automatically adjust the driving capability of the output driver in correspondence to the variation of an external circuit. An output driver(120) outputs an external output signal in response to an internal output signal. A delay circuit(130) receives the internal output signal and generates one or more delay signals. An output driver control circuit(140) receives the external output signal and generates a control signal synchronized with the delay signal, and controls the driving capability of the output driver through the control signal. |
