Summary:An electric heat mat temperature controller is provided to perform temperature control with high reliability, by detecting a temperature voltage of a heating wire during a single zero voltage period that a voltage is not supplied to the heating wire, by using a zero voltage detector. In an electric heat mat temperature controller for controlling temperature by regulating a voltage supplied to a heating wire(H), temperature control is performed by regulating the voltage supplied to the heating wire by detecting a temperature voltage of the heating wire during a single zero voltage period and then comparing the detected temperature voltage with a setting temperature voltage. A voltage is not supplied to the heating wire during the single zero voltage period.
