Summary: | A fuse box for reducing damage caused by laser blowing and cross talk, and a forming method thereof are provided to reduce a damage due to laser blowing by forming a capping layer on a bunch area, and to prevent capacitive coupling by forming a parasitic capacitor using a fuse line and an insulating layer, thereby improving the reliability of the fuse box. A fuse box includes a first fuse area(A) having a plurality of fuses. A second fuse area(B) which is narrower than the first fuse area is located adjacent the first fuse area and composed by a plurality of fuses. A capping layer(150) is formed on the fuse box so as to surround upper and side surfaces of the fuse adjacent to the first fuse area among the fuses of the second fuse area. |
