A portable terminal comprises the followings: a main body housing(1); a sub housing(2) which is connected to be folded/unfolded on the main body housing(1), and opens/closes the first area of the main body housing(1) according to rotation; and a sliding housing(3) which opens/closes the first area of the main body housing(1) according to a sliding operation or opens/closes the second area(112), spaced from the first area, according to the sliding operation by moving on the main body housing(1) as continuously facing the main body housing(1).
