Summary:A warm bath apparatus is provided to accelerate blood circulation of a user's body by applying hot and cold stimulations to a portion of the user's body using an external air introducing unit. The warm bath apparatus includes a bathtub(1) in which a portion of a user's body can be put, a water storage tank(2), a hot mist producing unit(3) that changes water in the water storage tank into hot mist for applying hot stimulation by hot mist the portion of the user body put into the bathtub, and an external air introducing unit(4) that supplies external air in the bathtub through air supply or air exhaust to apply cold stimulation to the portion of the user's body put into the bathtub. The hot mist producing unit is a steam generating unit that heats the water to vaporize the same.
