Summary:A waste incinerating method for recirculating and mixing exhaust gas with oxygen and a device thereof are provided to suppress emission of the exhaust gas generated in burning the wastes, to improve heating efficiency by drying wet waste and recollecting surplus heat, to maximize energy-converting efficiency by increasing oxygen ratio and heightening burning temperature, and to reduce the driving cost by reducing the amount of chemicals used in removing harmful gas. A waste incinerating device(1) for recirculating and mixing exhaust gas with oxygen comprises an incineration furnace(10) formed with a waste inputting hopper(13) on the upper end, combustion chambers(12) to burn wastes inside, and an ash outlet(14) on the lower end; a waste heat boiler(50) connected at one side of the incineration furnace by a pipe(5a) to produce steam by using hot recirculated gas from the incineration furnace as a heat source; a reaction tower(60) connected at one side of the waste heat boiler by a pipe(5b) to reduce temperature of recirculated gas from the waste heat boiler and to remove harmful gas; a back filter(70) connected at one side of the reaction tower and formed with a filter(71) inside to remove harmful substances in the recirculated gas out of the reaction tower; a recirculating means(100) having supply pipes(101,101a~101e) connected between the back filter and the combustion chambers to recirculate gas from the back filter to the combustion chambers of the incineration furnace, and a blower(102) installed on the supply pipes to send the gas; and an air supplementing unit(110) connected with the supply pipe to selectively add air according to the amount of recirculated gas. The air supplementing unit connects an air inflow pipe(111) with the supply pipe to insert outer air into the supply pipe when the gas amount is small.
