An auxiliary driving device for the handicapped is provided to increase a used area of indoor space by detachably mounting an operating handle, to improve driving convenience for the handicapped or general people, and to simply operate with buttons and maintain the current operated state in parking or driving a vehicle at constant speed. An auxiliary driving device(1) for the handicapped comprises a fixing piece(11) installed on one side of a straight plate type fixing plate(10); a fixing hole(12) formed on the front end of the fixing piece to be combined with a bolt; a fixing gear formed at the upper and lower sides of the other end of the fixing piece in a predetermined angular range on the circumference of a central shaft(15) formed on one end of the fixing plate; an accelerator fixing gear(13) installed at the upper side; a brake fixing gear(14) installed at the lower side; a rotating plate(20) spaced from the fixing plate and installed rotatably; a holder fixed with a support bar on the outer surface; and an operating handle(30) having a handle bar(32) inserted to the holder.
