Summary:A drive board and a flat display apparatus including the same are provided to improve a radiating characteristic and reduce noise caused by vibration by inserting a gap pad between a circuit element and a radiating member. A drive board includes a printed circuit board(110), a circuit element(120c) connected with the printed circuit board, and a radiating member(160c) for absorbing and radiating heat of circuit elements. A gap pad(150c) is inserted between the circuit elements and the radiating member. The gap pad is formed of a predetermined material having high thermal conductivity and high vibration-proof characteristic. The radiating member includes a base part parallel to the printed circuit board and an extension part having a plurality of pins extended from the base part.
