A portable terminal device, and a structure and a method for installing a connector of a flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board) are provided to minimize the occupying area of the flexible PCB even while the number of patterns disposed on the flexible PCB increases, thereby minimizing the size of the flexible PCB. A plurality of patterns is disposed on one surface of a flexible PCB(20). A connector(30) is installed on the one surface of the flexible PCB, and connected to the patterns. A reinforcing member(40) is attached onto the other surface of the flexible PCB. The flexible PCB is divided into an end portion(22), which is extended from one side of the connector, and a main board portion(23), which is extended from the other side of the connector. The end portion and the main board portion of the flexible PCB are downwardly bent.
