Summary:A body activity measurement terminal is provided to have medical examination from a medical center and to cope with an emergency, by sensing body activity and surrounding environment of a wearer. An input part(11) receives an emergency call and time from a wearer. A position check part(12) checks the position of the wearer. An acceleration sensing part(13) senses activity of the wearer. A sensing part(14) measures physical parameters of the surrounding environment of the wearer, and checks the wearing and social position of the wearer. A memory(15) stores a program required in controlling activity, wearing and social position and data as to the personal characteristics of the wearer. An alarm output part(16) outputs an emergent alarm signal inputted from the input part. A display part(17) displays activity and time of the wearer. A control part(18) outputs controls the emergent call, position check, activity, surrounding environment, wearing and social position check through the stored program, and outputs the controlled signal. A communication module(19) transmits the controlled signal to the outside.
