Summary: | A system for a product information/after-sales management service using the network is provided to improve convenience of an after-sales service industry by databasing information for the after-sales service to save time/expense for receiving the after-sales service. Directory information including a sequence number, classification, and a maker of the highest goods is collected(S100). Zip code information including an address is collected according to the directory information(S110). After-sales service reservation information including the sequence number, a member ID, and a reserved member name is collected according to the directory information(S120). The collected information is stored to a database(S130). A virtual after-sales service center for providing the databased information is opened in the Internet or the intranet(S140). The virtual after-sales service center provides the information to all Internet users and companies through the online(S150). The Internet user makes an after-sales service reservation according to the provided information(S160). |
