Summary:A method for manufacturing a touch panel is provided to offer relatively excellent optical property and outer appearance quality of the touch panel when all substrates of the touch pad are made of glass material. The first and second substrate(11,21) respectively equipped with a conductive layer(13,23) is prepared. A frame(31) having at least one opening part and at least one spacer(33) for controlling a gap between the first and second substrate are installed to the first substrate. The second substrate is installed to the first substrate to make the first and second substrate combined with each other, and a receiving space is formed among the first and second substrate, and the frame. A specific quantity of dielectric material(41) is injected and filled in the receiving space through the opening part of the frame.
