A ceramic ball mixture for producing mineral ion water, which can produce alkaline mineral ion water that exhibits efficacy in various geriatric diseases and has skin regeneration effect only by dipping the ceramic ball mixture into water, is provided. A ceramic ball mixture containing ceramic balls for producing mineral ion water is prepared by mixing: (a) a ceramic ball prepared by mixing feldspar, antimony potassium titrate, tourmaline and alumina; (b) a ceramic ball prepared by mixing alumina, illite and pearl powder; and (c) a ceramic ball prepared by mixing aluminum titanate, zircon, bentonite, limestone and tourmaline. The respective ceramic balls are prepared by a ceramic ball preparation method comprising the steps of: (i) mixing raw material components of the respective ceramic balls, and heating the mixture; (ii) rapidly cooling the heated mixture to form cracks on the heated mixture; (iii) crushing the crack-formed raw material mixture and mixing the crushed material with water to make a paste; and (iv) molding the ceramic paste to a proper size, and heating and calcining the molded material.
