Summary:Provided is a device for detaching squid's viscera/arm by using a wide slot and a narrow slot, thereby precisely detaching the squid's viscera and arm from the squid's mantle. A viscera/arm cutting plate(10) is equipped with a cutting slot. The cutting slot has a wide slot passing through squid's viscera(2A) and arm(2B) and a narrow slot formed in a narrow space for cutting the squid's viscera and arm. A squid transfer unit(20) moves the squid from an upper portion to a lower portion in a state of folding the squid by the viscera/arm cutting plate. A viscera collecting unit(30) is installed on a lower portion of the viscera/arm cutting plate for collecting the squid's viscera separated from the squid's arm, and has a viscera input port, a separating slot, and a transfer unit(33).
