Summary:A construction method for a frame of a basement is provided to cut down on construction expenses and to shorten a period of construction by using a PC girder member and a PC beam member produced in a factory without using a high-priced H-pile. A PC girder member(A) for a frame of a basement comprises: a body(a) composed of a horizontal bar provided with downward exposed reinforcements(1a) and a stirrup bar provided with upward exposed reinforcements(2a); an H-pile(3) buried under both ends of the body as much as the appointed length and composed of upper, lower flanges(3a,3b), a web(3c) connecting upper and lower flanges, a stud bolt(3d) fixed to the buried part of the connector buried under both ends of the body, and an exposed part(3e) exposed to the outside as much as the appointed length; and retreated parts(4) fixed to a projection formed on both sides of each PC beam installed on the front and rear of the middle of the body. A construction method for a frame of a basement comprises the steps of: constructing a retaining wall along a boundary of the ground where a building is to be constructed; forming a perforation by perforating the ground where a building is to be constructed and inserting an inner column member, that is, a vertical H-pile into the perforation; installing an RC parameter beam of one story above ground to join a PC girder member of the bottom with a retaining wall; fixing connecting pieces to the front, rear, right and left sides of the top of the inner column member, connecting the PC girder member to each coupling piece of each inner column member and installing a PC half slab member on the PC girder member and the PC beam member connected to the retaining wall; installing the PC girder member and the PC beam member to the bottom of the lowermost story beneath ground by repeating above mentioned steps; placing concrete on the foundation of the lowermost story beneath ground; installing a form around the inner column member, putting a PC half slab member on the PC girder member and the PC beam member installed inward from the PC girder member and the PC beam member connected to the retaining wall and arranging reinforcing bars; and placing concrete on the inside of the form of each inner column member, the PC half slab member, the Pc girder member and the PC beam member and curing the concrete surface from the lowermost story beneath ground to the upper story.
