A system and a method for generating, managing, and evaluating meeting using the Internet, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof are provided to enable a user to generate offline meeting according to a main region and interest of the user, collect meeting joiners, and manage information related to the meeting in the Internet. A team play server(250) generates a team play room offering various information for the offline meeting according to related information inputted from a meeting proposer, collects the meeting joiners through the generated team play room, and evaluates a meeting result. A database server(260) stores the information related to the meeting and provides the stored information according to an information request received from the team play server. The team play server includes a team play room generating module providing the team play room in a homepage style when the meeting proposer generates the team play room. The team play generating module includes a basic information generator, a detail information setting part, a mobile phone authenticator, and a search keyword register.
