An IC card, a mobile terminal, and a terminal device equipped with a mileage reduction function, a mileage reduction system, and a recording medium thereof are provided to determine and reduce mileage information stored in a memory of the IC card or the mobile terminal based on mileage reduction rule information stored in a storage medium. The storage medium stores and manages the mileage reduction rule information. A memory(620) stores the mileage information. The terminal device(600) reduces mileages stored in the memory based on the mileage reduction rule information by linking with the storage medium. The storage medium is installed to the memory, the mobile terminal equipped with the memory, the terminal device, and/or a server. The mileage information stored in the memory includes the mileage information and mileage accumulation date information.
