An IC card, a mobile terminal, and a terminal device equipped with a point reduction function, a point reduction system, and a recording medium thereof are provided to make a point reduction interface more convenient and widen utilization of the IC card by storing rule information for reducing points to the IC card or the mobile terminal. A memory(125) stores a program for storing/managing point information and the reduction rule information to the memory, and reducing the points stored in the memory based on the reduction rule information stored in the memory. In case that point expiration is included in the reduction rule information, the program reduces the points stored in the memory depending on expiration of the point after checking accumulation date of the point stored in the memory. The memory is installed to the IC card(100) and/or the mobile terminal.
