Summary: | A biological recovery method of a phthalate compound by using wood-rotting fungi is provided to cultivate Stereum hirsutum, Agaricus silvaticus and Lopharia mirabilis and the like and to decompose the phthalate compound from the produced enzyme. Wood-rotting fungi is cultivated and the phthalate compound is decomposed from enzymes produced by the cultivated wood-rotting fungi. The wood-rotting fungi is selected from a group consisting Stereum hirsutum, Agaricus silvaticus, Lopharia mirabilis and Phlebia tremellosa. The phthalate compound is phthalate ester selected from a group consisting of DEP(diethylphthalate), DEHP(diethylhexylphthalate), DCP(dicyclohexylphthalate) and BBP(benzylbutylphthalate). The enzyme is laccase or manganese peroxidase. |
