A system and a method for transferring financial goods, and a server and a recording medium for the same are provided to make a server transfer the financial goods of a customer to the target financial goods when the customer is authenticated by connecting to the server through a customer terminal after financial goods information and customer information are linked/stored to a storage device. The customer terminal(100) provides financial goods selection information and the target financial goods selection information to the server(200) through a financial goods transfer interface provided from the server. The server links/stores the customer information and the financial goods information to the storage medium(205). After receiving the financial goods selection information and the target financial goods selection information through the financial goods transfer interface, the server transfers the selected financial goods to the target financial goods by linking with the storage medium. The server includes the storage medium, an interface part(230), a receiver(235), and a financial goods transferor(240).
