A construction method for aerobic landfill liners using an air dome is provided to cut off leachate by rainwater by installing an air dome on landfill liners, to prevent the generation of offensive odor and scattering dust by installing a forced draft fan and a gas removal pipe in landfill liners, to promote initial stabilization by decomposing waste aerobically, to cut down on waste disposal costs by installing a leachate pipe and a leachate collecting well and to make a scene beautifully and environment-friendlily by securing the germination conditions of plants. A construction method for aerobic landfill liners using an air dome comprises the steps of: excavating a landfill site and forming a slope of a landfill(1); installing a leachate collecting well of underground water on the base of the excavated landfill site, installing non-woven fabrics, a bentonite mat, a cutoff membrane and a geocomposite on the base in order, paving broken stones on the bottom(3) and paving bentonite mixed soil, and then tamping; installing a cutoff membrane, a geocomposite and a leachate pipe and paving broken stones on the bottom; performing a perforation work on the landfill site, installing anchors, installing an air dome membrane(4) and a cable, installing an entrance door, a draft fan and a generator and sending the outside air in the air dome using the draft fan; installing a leachate removal pipe and a leachate collecting well to discharge leachate rapidly; connecting a gas removal pipe to a ventilator to guide the air in the air dome to the outside and to use as a passage of air and exhaust gas; piling up wastes on the landfill site and closing up the leachate removal facilities located on the lowermost part of the landfill liners and installing a forced draft fan to send air in the gas removal pipe and to control landfill gas; and covering up the aerobic landfill liners with a gas removal layer, a cutoff layer, a projecting cutoff membrane, a drain layer, a vegetation layer and lattice block reinforcing lawn in order.
