Summary:A mobile diet method and a diary thereof are provided to make a character lose weight when a customer performs the diet according to a diet schedule, so that the customer can diet oneself together with the character. A method for enabling a customer to diet oneself through a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps of: selecting a diet contents service suitable to the customer after connecting to a server via wireless communication by using the mobile communication terminal; and inputting a schedule. After that, the customer confirms a message for checking whether the customer has performs the diet.
