A bendable and foldable speech message delivery sheet on which information can be printed. The sheet comprises a sheet-shaped speech-information recording/reproducing means (30) for recording/reproducing speech information, two support sheets (20a, 20b) between which the recording/reproducing means is sandwiched from both sides and which are bonded to each other, and two surface sheets (10a, 10b) between which the two support sheets are sandwiched and which are bonded to the two support sheets. The speech-information recoding/reproducing means is sandwiched from both sides by a part of the regions, facing the speech-information recording/reproducing means, of the two support sheets. A region of the speech-information recording/reproducing means, where at least a speech information output section is incorporated between the two surface sheets, is foldable over the other region along the folding line.
