Summary:The present invention relates to a driving integrated circuit IC for driving a liquid crystal display LCD and, more particularly, to an LCD panel driving device and a circuit array using the same, which simplifies the circuit array and reduces its manufacturing cost. The LCD panel driving device of the invention comprises output bumps 311 for outputting driving signals to the LCD panel and at least an input bump group 312 arranged in a perpendicular direction with the output bumps 311 . The input bumps are coupled electrically with conductive patterns 32 formed on a base film 30 or a lower glass 1.
