Summary: | A method of preparing laver-rolled rice(kimpab) by wrapping cooked rice containing selenium in a laver sheet is provided. It enables a consumer to take selenium beneficial for human health when eating the laver-rolled rice. The laver-rolled rice is prepared by wrapping cooked rice in a laver sheet. Rice is cultivated with inorganic Na2SeO3, Na2SeO4 and selenium yeast complex, microorganism-fermented organic selenium and organic selenium which is chelated with various proteins or vitamins. Before cooking, the rice is soaked in a solution containing powder, green juice, fruit juice and enzyme of selenium-containing plants to allow cooked rice to contain 1 to 50mg selenium. |
