A door hinge installing device(100) of a vehicle comprises a first support member(101); a second support member(103); a first plate(105) disposed to possibly slide on an upper side of the first support member; a second plate(107) disposed to possibly slide on an upper side of the second support member; a connecting frame(109) linking the first plate and the second plate; a first driving cylinder(111) moving the connecting frame; a first multi-sided rotating body(113) rotatively combined on the first plate to include more than two first combining sides having each first door hinge installing unit(117) combined; a second multi-sided rotating body(115) rotatively combined on the second plate to include more than two second combining sides having each second door hinge installing unit(119) combined; a motor(131) rotating either the first multi-sided rotating body or the second multi-sided rotating body; a synchronization bar(135) connecting the first multi-sided rotating body and the second multi-sided rotating body to simultaneously rotate the first and the second multi-sided rotating bodies; and a control unit controlling operation of the first driving cylinder, the first multi-sided rotating body, the second multi-sided rotating body, and the motor.
