Summary: | PURPOSE: Sequence characterized amplified region(SCAR) markers for identifying dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. are provided, which SCAR markers are obtained through RAPD analysis and regulate the lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. which deteriorates Brassica campestris spp, so that quality of Brassica campestris spp. can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The sequence characterized amplified region(SCAR) marker SS-05 for identifying dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. is provided, wherein the dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. are genes Lb1 and Lb2 having the nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, respectively. The sequence characterized amplified region(SCAR) marker SAA-20 for identifying dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. is provided, wherein the dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. are genes Lb1 and Lb2 having the nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:3 and SEQ ID NO:4, respectively. The sequence characterized amplified region(SCAR) marker SA-02 for identifying dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. is provided, wherein the dominant genes linked to lateral bud growth in Brassica campestris spp. are genes Lb1 and Lb2 having the nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:6, respectively. |
