Summary:PURPOSE: A transmitting/receiving wideband micro-strip patch antenna and an array antenna arraying the same are provided to reduce volume and increase a bandwidth by using electromagnetic coupling action between an active patch and a stack patch. CONSTITUTION: A feeding unit includes a first ground conducting layer(100) and a first dielectric layer(110) and supplies energy through a first feeding part positioned on one side of the first dielectric layer. A transferring unit includes a second dielectric layer(130) and a second ground conducting layer(140). One or more slot is formed at the second ground conducting layer to transfer the energy of the feeding unit to a first patch(160). A first patch antenna layer includes a third dielectric layer(150) to radiate the energy and transfer the received energy to a second feeding part. A second patch antenna layer includes a fourth dielectric layer(190). A second patch(180) is formed on one side of the fourth dielectric layer. A separating part is arranged between the first and the second patch antenna layers to separate the first and the second patch antenna layers from each other.
