PURPOSE: A device for managing secure data on an information processing terminal is provided to perform high-reliability data management certainly and safely by intending processing reliability/certainty, data security, and time reliability. CONSTITUTION: A secure device(102) is equipped with a card processing module(106) issuing an application for controlling operation of the application operated on the terminal(101) to the terminal, and a card storage device(107) storing data of the application. The terminal is equipped with a storage device(105) for storing actual data and the data of a data management application managing the actual data. The terminal operates the application issued from the secure device, and performs certification between the operated application and the secure device. The certified application operates the data management application. The operated data management application performs the certification with the secure device. The data management application certified by the secure device synchronously processes the actual data with an external server(103).
