Summary:PURPOSE: A process for preparing biocide formulations is provided, thereby treating aqueous system with stable biocidal microemulsion having no surfactant and reduced amount of organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing biocide emulsion comprises micro-mixing one or more of water-insoluble active components selected from biocide agents, corrosion inhibiting agents, agricultural chemicals, scale inhibiting compositions, dispersing agents, acryl polymerization agents and a mixture thereof with dispersoids of water, wherein the biocide emulsion are just before usage; the biocide emulsion contain no surfactant and organic solvent; and the biocide emulsion comprises one or more biocidal agent selected from benzisothiazolone, 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-3-isothiazolone, 2-n-octyl-3-isothiazolone, dibromonitriloproprionamide(DBNPA), 2-(thiocyanomethylthio) benzthiazol(TCMTB), iodopropagylbutylcarbamate(IPBC) parabens, 2-chloro-1-(3-ethoxy-4-nitrophenoxy)-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzene, 2,4-dinitro-6-octyl-phenyl-chrononate and alka-butyl-alpha-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-propan nitrile.
