CONSTITUTION: A grinding material is formed of a zircon bead having a mean particle diameter of 16 to 25§­ and a mean Vickers hardness of 700 to 900Kgf/mm¬2. A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel comprises a step of forming barrier ribs by exposing a barrier rib forming material layer on a substrate through a sand blast resistive mask, and sand blast processing the barrier rib forming material layer.
