Summary:PURPOSE: An auxiliary welding jig for a manual transmission is provided to prevent welding deformation of the clutch gear by fixing the welding position of the clutch gear with a deformation restricting pad in the lower part of the second jig, and to increase the productivity and decrease cost by reducing the failure rate. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary welding jig is composed of a first jig(72) installed in a welding chamber in which a speed gear and a clutch gear of a manual transmission are welded, a second jig(74) lifted up and down and combined with the first jig, a bearing(76) mounted between the first jig and the second jig to support and rotate the second jig, an elastic member(78) mounted in the first jig to elastically support the second jig, and a deformation restricting pad(80) mounted in the lower part of the second jig to prevent welding deformation of the clutch gear by pressing the upper part of the clutch gear with elastic force of the elastic member.
