Summary:PURPOSE: A valve assembly is provided to cut down the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure, and to flow actuating fluid actively by opening and closing the discharge part in rotating the valve body. CONSTITUTION: A valve assembly(1) is composed of a valve body(4) having an inlet part(2) flowing actuating fluid in, a discharge part(3) discharging actuating fluid and a storage space, a valve body(9) having a driven shaft(5) rotated in the storage space of the valve body and arranged horizontally in the lower part of the valve body, a rack(6) extended from the driven shaft to form the arc around the driven shaft, an arc outer periphery(7) for forming the closed section of the discharge part and a sealing piece(8) opening or closing the inlet of the discharge part, and a driving motor(12) arranged in the upper part of the valve body and composed of a rack gear(10) corresponding to the rack of the sealing piece and a driving shaft(11).
