Summary:PURPOSE: A one-way service transmission device based on a UMTS through a WLAN is provided to enable a UMTS repeater to receive a service designated in a registered ID while transmitting the service to a WLAN, then to enable a WLAN type converter to convert a UMTS type into a WLAN message type to transmit a converted message to a registered user. CONSTITUTION: A UE(24) registers in a WLAN(20)(S1). The WLAN(20) registers a user ID in a UMTS repeater(18), and transmits the user ID to the UMTS repeater(18)(S2). If a paging message is transmitted, a UMTS(16) sends the paging message to the UMTS repeater(18)(S3). The UMTS repeater(18) transmits the paging message to the WLAN(20)(S4). A WLAN type converter(22) receives the paging message, and converts a UMTS type of the message into a WLAN message type(S5). When the WLAN message type is transmitted to the WLAN(20)(S6), the message is sent to an AP(Access Point)(S7).
