CONSTITUTION: The fishing rod comprises: a metallic pipe unit(18) mounted at a front end of the fishing rod; a ceramic guide ring(22); an angular frame unit(20) protruding at a side of a radial direction of the front end of the fishing rod; and a reel entanglement preventing member(24) having either edge portion(24F) upwardly curved, and a channel portion(24K) disposed centrally from the front end to the rear end.
