Summary:PURPOSE: To provide an automatic sludge removing apparatus for maintaining and controlling the plating solution efficiently by consistently supplying a certain amount of plating solution to a filter, thereby continuously removing sludge components, recovering components of the plating solution to reuse it and automatically moving collected sludge to a sludge box after stopping supply of the plating solution if it is collected in a certain amount. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing sludge components generated from an electrolyte that is a plating solution in an electroplating facility and recovering components of the plating solution, the apparatus for automatically separating sludge from the plating solution comprises: a hollow body(10) of which four sides are supported by a frame(5), and which is mounted such that the body is rotatable through a bearing(7); a plating solution supply part(20) comprising a solution supply pipe(22) installed on an upper portion of the body such that the solution supply pipe is liftable and lowerable up and down, and a cylinder(24) for lifting and lowering the solution supply pipe to supply the plating solution into the body; a sludge separation part comprising a filter(55) rotated by a motor(52) rotated in the body, wherein sludge is separated from the plating solution by centrifugal force of the filter; and a sludge recovery part(90) comprising a solution supporting plate(92) for receiving sludge by separating sludge adhered to the filter from the filter, thereby dropping sludge from the body, and an air cylinder(94) for horizontally moving the solution supporting plate to collect the plating solution and receive residual sludge so that sludge is separated and recovered from the plating solution.
