PURPOSE: A variable-capacity scroll compressor is provided to reduce the compressor producing cost by driving a valve by using fluid that is before or after compressed with the scroll compressor. CONSTITUTION: A variable-capacity scroll compressor is composed of a non-orbiting scroll member(15) having a non-orbiting helical wrap(17); an orbiting scroll member(16) contacted to the non-orbiting helical wrap to form an orbiting helical wrap(18) that swivels; a regulating chamber(31) disposed at the predetermined position of the non-orbiting helical wrap; a movable block(25) placed on the regulating chamber; and a regulating unit for adjusting the position of the movable block. The regulating unit is a regulating valve(29) for applying selectively low pressure fluid of a suction port(22) of the scroll compressor and high pressure fluid of a discharge port(23) of the compressor into the regulating chamber.
