Summary:PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a tablet PC(Personal Computer) having the LCD are provided to prevent terminals of a data driving chip from being cut and simplify a tablet PC assembling process by inserting a digitizer into a space formed between a data printed circuit board and a mold frame using a protrusion formed at the mold frame. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel receives video data and displays an image corresponding to the received video data. A driving printed circuit board(530) provides the video data to the LCD panel. A back light assembly is formed under the LCD panel to provide lights to the LCD panel. A mold frame(700) includes the first and second combining parts(710,720) extended from both ends of the mold frame, the first and second protrusions(730,740) protruded from the first and second combining parts by a predetermined height, and the first and second combining holes(732,742) depressed from the top faces of the first and second protrusions to a predetermined depth. The mold frame is formed under the back light assembly such that a space(750) having a predetermined height is formed between the driving printed circuit board and the mold frame.
