Summary:PURPOSE: A method of making chocolate containing selenium using inorganic selenium such as Na2SeO3, Na2SeO4, organic selenium yeast composite, Brazil nuts containing selenium, leafy vegetables, root crops, fruits and vegetables, fruits, special crops, teas or the like is provided. The product can be easily absorbed into the body and is rich in nutrients and beneficial for human health. CONSTITUTION: The chocolate containing selenium is prepared by several methods consisting of: (1)diluting inorganic selenium such as Na2SeO3, Na2SeO4 or the like in water; (2)adding green juice, fruit juice, enzyme and powder of plants containing selenium such as organic selenium yeast composite, Brazil nuts containing selenium or the like to chocolate powder during the production of chocolate; or (3)melting chocolate powder with heat and agitating with green juice, fruit juice, enzyme and powder of plants containing selenium such as inorganic selenium such as Na2SeO3, Na2SeO4, organic selenium yeast composite, Brazil nuts containing selenium or the like, leafy vegetables, root crops, fruits and vegetables, fruits, special crops, teas or the like; and then filling in the mold of various shapes and forming.
