Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for distributing drawings to outside companies on the Internet are provided to enable a drawing part or manpower of each company to manage/distribute the drawings, communicate with the outside companies smoothly and collectively, and search/request the desired drawing in real-time. CONSTITUTION: The system includes outside company terminals(4), an outside company drawing distributing server(1) including a database(3) storing information for various drawings and a web server(2) liking with the database, and a communication network(5) connecting the outside company terminals with the outside company drawing distributing server. The web server includes a certification part, a search condition receiving part, a drawing search part, a display part, a drawing selection order receiving part, and a drawing transmitting part.
