Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for paying cash are provided to withdraw the cash at a convenience store regardless of time and location, and remove necessary for securing/maintaining an ATM(Automated Teller Machine) by making the ATM store no cash. CONSTITUTION: A cashless ATM(110) reads a card and stores no cash. A POS(Point Of Sale) system(140) of the convenience store is linked with the cashless ATM through an internal communication network(150). A financial clearance institution server(120) is networked to the cashless ATM through a security communication network(160). A cooperated bank server(130) is connected to the financial clearance institution server. If a user requests withdrawal of the cash to the cashless ATM, the cooperated bank server determines a withdrawal approval after the financial clearance institution server confirms request information, and the convenience store gives the cash to the user by transmitting the determined information to the cashless ATM.
