PURPOSE: A system for a credit card settlement service on the wire/wireless network and an implementation method thereof are provided to prevent illegal credit card use by adding a location certification process through a credit card use location and a user location, and asking a settlement approval to a user if necessary. CONSTITUTION: A mobile subscriber location information server(106) understands location information of a mobile subscriber corresponding to a client(100) through a mobile communication network(108). A credit card company certification server(102) approves the credit card settlement if the credit card use location is identical with a mobile subscriber location by comparing the credit card use location inputted through the client with the mobile subscriber location provided from the mobile subscriber location information server. A mobile subscriber certification server(104) analyses certification result information provided from the credit card company certification server and approves propriety of the customer depending on a mobile communication subscription certification result of a credit card user through the mobile communication network.
