Summary:PURPOSE: A system and a method for removing tunneling when a mobile node comes in contact with a correspondent node are provided to remove the tunneling by making a home agent intercept a packet transmitted from the correspondent node when a new correspondent node wants to come in the contact with the mobile node moved to an external network. CONSTITUTION: A message receiver(301) receives a duplicated address detection requesting message generated from the mobile mode as the mobile node is moved to the external network. An extractor for domain name and address(303) judges the duplicated use of a domain name and/or an address included in the received requesting message on the external network. A dynamic updater(304) dynamically updates the domain name and the address of the mobile node registered to a DNS(Domain Name Server) if the domain name and/or the address are not duplicated on the external network.
