PURPOSE: To improve operation efficiency and reduce industrial waste by forming a lubricant film on a material for cold forging by simple apparatus and process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a boiling water washing tank (70) in an inner space of which a boiling water washing solution (76) is stored; a coating tank (72) which is installed at one side of the boiling water washing tank, and in an inner space of which a lubricant (78) to be coated on the surface of a material is stored; a drying tank (74) which is installed at one side of the coating tank, and in which a drying means for drying the lubricant coated on the surface of the material is installed; a material receiving drum (100) in which a plurality of materials are received, on which a plurality of fluid passing holes (102) as passageways for entrance and exit of fluid are formed, and which is rotationally installed; a moving means for guiding movement of the material receiving drum so that the material receiving drum is sequentially received in the boiling water washing tank, the coating tank and the drying tank; and a control means (116) installed at one side of the moving means to control movement of the material receiving drum.
