Summary:PURPOSE: A micro mixer is provided to mix inhomogeneous fluids within a short period of time without using a large-sized mixer by spraying the inhomogeneous fluids through branched ports. CONSTITUTION: A micro mixer(50) includes a fluid inlet(10), a fluid mixing section(20) for mixing fluids, and a fluid outlet(30). The fluid inlet(10) has a cover(12) provided with an inlet pipe(11), and distributing plates(14a,14b) for distributing fluids into the fluid mixing section(20). The cover(12) is provided at upper and lower portions of the micro mixer(50), respectively. The distributing plates(14a,14b) are positioned at an inner portion of the cover(12). The distributing plates(14a,14b) have communication sections(15), and discharging sections(16a,16b).
