Summary:PURPOSE: A differential signal skew compensation circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to compensate skew of a differential signal without regard to variables like process, power supply voltage and temperature. CONSTITUTION: According to the differential signal skew compensation circuit of a semiconductor device, the first skew error pulse generation unit(20) generates the first edge error pulse by receiving a positive signal and a negative signal. The second skew error pulse generation unit(22) generates the second edge error pulse by receiving the positive signal and the negative signal. And an SR-latch unit(24) outputs a negative signal whose skew is compensated, using the first edge error pulse as a set signal and the second edge error signal as a reset signal.
