Summary:PURPOSE: Provided are multi-coated silicaglass with metal, metal oxide and organic matters sequently and a cosmetic composition containing the same. Therefore, the cosmetic composition has improved adhesion to the skin, long lasting gloss, water resistance, oil resistance and stability to oxidation. CONSTITUTION: The multi-coated silicaglass is characterized by coating with at least one kind of metal selected from the group consisting of nickel, cobalt, chromium, aluminium, molybdenum, gold, silver, copper, tin and magnesium in the amount of 0.1 wt.% - 80 wt.%, and then with metal oxide selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide, zirconium oxide and iron oxide, in the amount of 0.1 wt.% - 80 wt.%.
