PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a curved, filament-reinforced and tube-shaped formation are provided to produce a curved section during continuous processes at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the formation composed of a rubber layer and a strengthening layer comprises the steps of: coating a main axis(1) pre-driven in a feed direction with a first rubber layer; winding a plurality of parallel reinforcing filaments(3) spirally on a feed shaft with a bobbin creel to form a first filament layer; and repeating at least one of the preceding steps, then coating a cover rubber layer, wherein the main axis(1) is guided to an eccentric by a guide member(2) of the bobbin creel.
