Summary:PURPOSE: A thin sheet useful for electronic products and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to show absorption effect of electro-magnetic waves and shielding effect of noises as well as heat radiation. CONSTITUTION: The thin sheet is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: forming a slurry by dispersing a soft magnetic powder(32) into an organic binder(34); forming a magnetic layer(30) using the slurry; and forming a conductive layer(20) on one side of the magnetic layer(30). Particularly, the organic binder comprises any one selected from polyvinylbutylal and polyurethane, and the soft magnetic powder is any metal powder having high magnetic permeability and high dielectric permittivity selected from perlite, canoyl iron, iron-silicon alloy, iron-silicon-aluminium alloy, iron-cobalt alloy, iron-nickel alloy. The conductive layer is comprised of any one selected from silver and copper. The thin sheet may further comprise an insulating layer(10) and an adhesive member(40), if necessary.
