Summary:PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a laser medium and a laser oscillation apparatus using the same are provided to maximize the cooling efficiency by cooling uniformly a heating state of the laser medium. CONSTITUTION: A laser medium(30) includes an additional material for improving cooling capacity and an optical output and a couple of metal plates(31,32). The metal couples are separated to each other. A predetermined region of the additional material corresponding to an incident region of laser beams has low density. A predetermined region of the additional material corresponding to an output region of laser beams has high density. The predetermined region of the additional material corresponding to the incident region of laser beams is opposite to the predetermined region of the additional material corresponding to the output region of laser beams.
